NEW REGISTRATIONS
Please call West Carleton S.S. @ 613-832-2773 to make an appointment to register for the 2010-2011 school year.
Documents required for registration include:
- Transcript
- Birth Certificate/Passport/PR Card
- Immunization Documents if you are coming from outside the City of Ottawa
- Ontario Health Card Number
- Proof of Residence (lease, signed offer of purchase or utility bill)
LOOKING AHEAD
July 2 - 7 - Pick up Report Cards in the Main Office (7:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.)
July 9 - Report Cards not picked up mailed out
