Our Grade 9 Program concentrates on team activities which include soccer, touch football, basketball, volleyball and softball. Individual activities such as badminton, personal fitness, track and field, wrestling (boys) and aerobics are also included in the program. The highlights of the year are the opportunities to scale our climbing wall and our ropes course.
Our Core Program offers courses at all grade levels from Grade 10 to 12. The Activity Courses include most team and individual sports as well as units in outdoor education, climbing, judo and self defence. Most of these courses also offer a number of field trips to exciting athletic facilities in the Ottawa-Carleton region. Our Focus Program offers courses in Outdoor Education at the Grade 10 and 11 levels and Dance at the Grade 9, 10, 11 and 12 levels. The Outdoor Education Courses include canoeing/hiking and cycling trips as well as units in orienteering, indoor and outdoor rock climbing and initiative tasks. The dance courses include a variety of dance techniques and concludes with the highly successful dance show.
